The management team has uniquely integrated a diverse group of employees and interests into a focused organization that thinks globally and has the ability to act locally with exceptional effectiveness.
Sauer-Danfoss is publicly traded on the New York Stock exchange (NYSE:SHS). Danfoss A/S controls approximately 76 percent of the outstanding common stock.
The management team includes eight executive officers. A ten-person Board of Directors guides Sauer-Danfoss business operations.
