The DP200 Series graphical terminal from Sauer-Danfoss is the comprehensive new way to display and store engine and hydraulic data on mobile applications - all in one compact and highly cost-efficient unit.
Replacing individual gauges for fuel, water temperature, engine speed and so on, the DP200 provides a total overview of machine performance. Operators can easily configure the unit to their individual needs using the four configuration buttons.

Connectivity options

Among the unique features of the DP200 is an optional USB port located at the front of the unit. This enables a direct connection to be made from a PC to the machine’s CAN network, eliminating the need for an intermediary device to convert the USB signal to CAN data format. By making engine and microcontroller data so easily accessible, the port serves as a gateway to measuring machine performance, diagnosing faults and adjusting parameters.
To resolve situations with particularly high CAN bus traffic, the display has an optional second CAN port that can be dedicated to operational data and control signals. Additional analogue/digital inputs can be fitted for sending and receiving signals from sensors not connected to the CAN network.

All-round flexibility

The terminal’s high flexibility starts with its 8 to 62-volt power supply range, which can even accommodate 48-volt applications without use of a power voltage converter.
In addition, the DP200 is supplied either ready for use with a standard J1939 software package installed or in a PLUS+1™ Compliant version, programmable using Sauer-Danfoss’ powerful programming environment, PLUS+1 GUIDE. An optional data logging capability is also available.
Ruggedly housed yet with an attractive, modern design, the monochrome DP200 comes equipped with a backlight, securing a clear, compact overview of operational performance day and night. OEMs will find the unit easy to install, competitively priced and generally ideal for differentiating their end products.
