    - July 1, 2010
    Sauer-Danfoss announces a new business structure including the creation of three new businesses, effective July 1, 2010, that encompass all the cartridge and hydraulic integrated circuit (HIC) valves, gear pumps and motors, and inverter products previously manufactured and marketed within the central Sauer-Danfoss organization.

    - April 29, 2010
    Sauer-Danfoss Inc. announced today that it has filed Amendment No. 10 to its Solicitation/Recommendation Statement on Schedule 14D-9, originally filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 19, 2010, in response to the cash tender offer of $14.00 per common share initially commenced on March 10, 2010 by Danfoss Acquisition, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Danfoss A/S. The amendment updates the disclosure regarding the intent to tender by executive officers and certain directors of Sauer-Danfoss and provides that such executive officers and directors currently do not intend to tender the shares that they own.
  • Fan Drive Gear Motors with New Features
    - April 28, 2010
    Sauer-Danfoss’ SGM2 and SGM3 aluminum fan drive gear motors now offer three new features: integrated reversing and proportional valves; a bi-directional motor for remote HIC reversing valves with shaft seal protector and cast iron cover; and outrigger bearing for slewing, high vibration, and oscillating fan drive applications. These new features help OEMs achieve Tier IV and Stage 3B emissions compliance.

    Sauer-Danfoss Inc. announced today that it has filed Amendment No. 9 to its Solicitation/Recommendation Statement on Schedule 14D-9, originally filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 19, 2010, in response to the cash tender offer of $14.00 per common share initially commenced on March 10, 2010 by Danfoss Acquisition, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Danfoss A/S. The amendment updates the background section to disclose recent events relevant to the offer.

    Sauer-Danfoss Inc. has announced that it has filed Amendment No. 5 to its Solicitation/Recommendation Statement on Schedule 14D-9 and Amendment No. 5 to its Rule 13e-3 Transaction Statement, both originally filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 19, 2010, in response to the cash tender offer of $13.25 per common share commenced on March 10, 2010 by Danfoss Acquisition, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Danfoss A/S. The amendments have been issued in response to the increase in the cash offer price with respect to the offer to $14.00 per common share announced by Danfoss on April 9, 2010.
