All Sauer-Danfoss suppliers are expected to comply with the "Supplier Code of Conduct." All suppliers are expected to be knowledgeable of the business practices of their suppliers and subcontractors to ensure they operate within the scope of this code.

On our Purchase Orders (PO's) we are referring to our "General Terms & Conditions," which can be found in this section.

The Supplier Quality Manual represents Sauer-Danfoss practices and philosophies. All suppliers of production components and assemblies must comply with the requirements contained with this manual, as well as the "Negative List for Banned, Restricted Substances and Materials."

Sauer-Danfoss will strive to be the Environmental, Health and Safety leader wherever we do business. It is our objective to be the preferred supplier within our markets and the preferred employer within our communities. Read more about our expectations in the "Environmental Policy." Last, but not least, we expect our suppliers to follow our standards and use the templates, which also can be found in this section.
