Procurement Strategy

We want to reduce the number of suppliers globally by 70 percent. We will select suppliers, who have the right technology, terms, pricing, capacity and quality, and we will build partnerships with these suppliers and develop long-term relationships. The selected suppliers are capable of delivering the lowest total cost and we believe that 70 percent of these suppliers will be situated in low cost countries.

As for employees, we want to attract and develop the best people and to empower them to perform the best way possible. We want to spot talent, bring out people’s potential and be a greenhouse for leaders.
