Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)

Sauer-Danfoss prefers to process the B2B communication with their partners via EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), e.g. Purchase Orders, Acknowledgements, Scheduling Agreements, and Advanced Ship Notices.

Central components of the EDI concept are the following standards for data interchange: “Electronic Data Interchange for Administration, Commerce and Transport” (EDIFACT), “American National Standards Institute” (ANSI). These standards are internationally established and no others will be supported by Sauer-Danfoss.
